Your Mental Wellness Matters

Why does our mental health matter so much?
Well, because mental health includes our psychological, emotional and social well-being.
Mental health affects how we feel, think and behave.

Most of us are aware of our physical health and will make time to exercise or go on diets.
If we took the same approach to our mental health, we would understand so much about
ourselves and learn ways to cope with stress, anxiety, depression, challenging relationships and trauma.

HELPING WOMEN HAVE A BETTER RELATIONSHIP WITH THEMSELVES...

Too many of us women struggle with self-love, low self-esteem/confidence, don’t feel like we are enough or measure up, don’t feel worthy, constantly comparing ourselves with other women, are critical about our bodies, and don’t make time for self-care. We give so much to others but never to ourselves. I could go on…
I am here to support you and help you change the way you view yourself, so you can realize how worthy you are, capable of loving and having a positive relationship with yourself.

SELF-CARE ISN'T SELFISH

SELF-INTROSPECTION JOURNAL

LAUNCHING SOON.

I am excited to announce my upcoming guided journal. As a passionate supporter of journaling, I believe that it provides a secure place for us to delve into our thoughts, emotions and feelings. The prompts included in this journal are designed to guide you in reflecting and exploring yourself more deeply.

“I’ve been working with Tajah while navigating a difficult divorce. I had no idea how toxic my spouse had become, and how much I’d lost myself in the relationship. Tajah has helped me gain more self-confidence and a new perspective on how to handle life’s curveballs without completely losing myself again. I appreciate her never-ending patience and her supportive way of helping me come to the answers of my own questions. I always feel better after my time with her, and would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs/wants a person to help them get back, and stay, on track to being their best selves.
