Art for the mind, body and soul


You need not be an artist or creative person to benefit from art as therapy. I am here to support and encourage you through creativity and expression.

Mindful art therapy is one of the most effective treatments for depression and anxiety disorders. It’s proven to have positive effects on your mental health. 

  • Art can reduce pain, anxiety, and tension, as well as enhance emotional, spiritual, cognitive, and physical well-being. It is often used to improve the symptoms, anxiety and depression and trauma.
  • It can improve cognitive and sensory-motor functions, foster self-esteem and self-awareness, and reduce and resolve conflicts and distress.

  • Engaging the mind, body, and spirit, art therapy gives clients a voice to experience and empower them as they make an individual transformation.
