Self love coaching for teens

My teen self love and empowement coaching program is focused on building positive self-esteem, confidence and resilience .This coaching is about personal development and empowerment, as it will prepare them for any challenges they may face as they go through different life experiences. Our sessions will include visualization, mindfulness activities, journaling, drawing, and using creative tools so the teen can easily express themselves. The skills they learn can be used for the rest of their lives!

In this coaching program, I focus on issues such as:

  • Stress 
  • Self-love/compassion
  • Decision making
  • Friendship challenges (growing apart, betrayal, conflicts, competition, etc.)
  • Body image and self-acceptance
  • Dating (choices, break-ups, sex, etc.)
  • Family relationship challenges
  • Confusion about the future and life goals
  • Pressure from themselves and others
  • Self-destructive behavior and negative feelings about self

These sessions are nonjudgmental and safe spaces to help teenage girls feel autonomy and independence in reflecting on their issues/feelings .Teens will learn ways to improve their interpersonal skills, self-awareness, self-esteem, problem-solving skills, and decision-making abilities.

These teens will also learn more about themselves as we dive deeper into their thoughts, beliefs, and values. Teens will develop self-awareness, trust in themselves be in a better mental state to manage themselves and stress.
